WHAT: Charges have now been filed regarding the shooting of two Shelby County deputies who were serving a search warrant on Monday, January 26, 2004.

WHERE: Criminal Justice Center-201 Poplar Avenue-Sheriff's Administrative Conference Room-9th Floor

WHEN: Today — January 28, 2004 — 10:00 a. m.

Shelby County Sheriff Mark Luttrell, Jr. and others on the command staff will discuss this case. A news release and mug shots will be available at the news conference. They will also be sent separately by E mail and fax to your office.
