Highest Bidders Will Take Seized Vehicles

Prized vehicles once owned by criminals will be sold to the highest bidder this weekend. More than 30 vehicles confiscated by Sheriff’s Deputies will be auctioned off. The vehicles were seized by Deputies in the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Bureau.

Drugs were found in some of the vehicles. Others were confiscated as part of a criminal’s estate.

The vehicles include a 2008 Dodge Charger, 2005 Chrysler Pacifica, 2003 Honda Accord, 2002 Ford Explorer and several pickup trucks.

The action will be held Saturday morning, September 27th, at 8 o’clock near Shelby Farms Park. The vehicles will be on display in a vacant area on Haley Road, just off Farm Road near the Shelby County Corrections Center.
