Farhan Abdo |
Shelby County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested another man in connection with the burglary of the Shelby County Administration Building last month.
Farhan Abdo, 49, of Memphis, was taken into custody by Sheriff’s detectives at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon at A & M Quick Shop at 568 Adams. Abdo owns the shop.
Detectives received information Abdo had bought a digital camera from the man arrested last week for breaking into the Shelby County Administration Building at 160 North Main on April 28th.
Deputies went to Abdo’s store posing as thieves and offered to sell Abdo a supposedly stolen “iPhone” for $30. After agreeing to buy the phone, Abdo was arrested and his store searched. Sheriff’s detectives found the digital camera taken from the Finance Division Office on the 8th floor of the building.
