Sheriff Luttrell to host charity golf tournament Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003

Shelby County Sheriff Mark H. Luttrell, Jr. will be joined by several government and business leaders tomorrow for a charity golf tournament to benefit Klondike Elementary School in Memphis.

The tournament will be held at Big Creek Golf Course at 6195 Woodstock Cuba Road in Millington. Tee-off time will be at 8 a. m. A luncheon and awards ceremony will follow at approximately 12 noon.

All the money generated by the tournament will be presented to Klondike Elementary School which is the “Adopt-A-School” for the Shelby County Sheriff's Office. The principal of Klondike School, many teachers and students will be on hand for the event.
