June 9	Kidnapping Suspect At Large in Shelby County - UPDATED
	The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is assisting with the search for an Olive Branch, Mississippi man who is suspected of kidnapping his former girlfriend today in Olive Branch. Shelby County deputies are searching for Jason Scott Vaiden, 30, who lives at 3580 Bethel Road in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

June 9	Deputy Indicted on Fraud Charges
	A 24 year veteran of the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for mail fraud.

June 4	Reserve Deputy Arrested
	A RESERVE Shelby County Sheriff’s Deputy has been relieved of duty after he was arrested early this morning by the Memphis Police Department. William M. (Mark) Kobeck, 41, a Reserve Deputy since 1991, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Official Detention.

June 4	A man caught burglarizing a home near Arlington today rammed a Sheriff’s Office squad as he fled from deputies.
June 1	Holiday Weekend Enforcement Results
June 1	Officers with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division and the Metro D.U.I. Unit wrote more than 500 traffic citations during the week of Memorial Day, which is one of the busiest holiday traffic times of the year.
