D.U.I. Squad Targeted Violators in Weekend Traffic Initiative

Deputies and other officers with the Metro D.U.I. Squad spent five hours yesterday conducting a traffic safety initiative in East Memphis and South-East Shelby County. The Metro D.U.I. Squad is comprised of officers with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and the Germantown Police Department.

Shelby County Deputies Coordinate Area-wide Traffic Enforcement Effort

A “tri-county” traffic enforcement initiative will be conducted this Friday evening, June 1 by Shelby County Sheriff’s Deputies and other law enforcement agencies in Shelby, Fayette and Tipton Counties.
