Shelby County Sheriff's Deputies are looking for a Northaven man who walked away from officers late this afternoon at The Regional Medical Center.

Dywon Coleman, 20, who lives in the 2500 block of Corkwood, left the hospital about 2 o'clock.

Coleman had been arrested last week for violating his probation.

However, before going to jail, Coleman was admitted to The Med for a medical condition.

Sheriff's Deputies went to the hospital this afternoon to prepare Coleman for booking.

During that process, Coleman managed to leave the hospital.

Anyone with information about Dywon Coleman is asked to call the Shelby County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Bureau at (901)545.5620.

Dywon Coleman has been captured--

Sheriff's Deputies in the Fugitive Bureau captured him moments ago in the 800 block of Griffith Place in Memphis.

Coleman now faces an Escape charge as well as his Violation of Probation charge.
