Shelby County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested two men who they believe raped and robbed a 17 year-old Shelby County girl.

The men were arrested about 8 o’clock this past Saturday evening (August 12) after an alert Shelby County Deputy on patrol at Shelby Drive near Hickory Hill noticed the expired tag on their vehicle.

When Deputy Jay Wildermuth pulled over the 1997 Chevy Tahoe near a convenience store, he realized the vehicle matched a description of one that was driven by two men who allegedly raped and robbed the teenager a couple of weeks ago.

The victim said during the afternoon on July 25, 2006, she had gone to the mailbox at her South-East Shelby County home when two men drove a Chevy Tahoe into her front yard.

She said one of the men got out of the truck with a knife and forced her back into her home.  Once inside, the man raped her while the other man took a kitchen table and chairs along with a computer.  She says once the items were loaded into the S.U.V., the other man raped her.

Both James Isaac and Quinton Isaac were charged with Aggravated Rape and Aggravated Robbery.
