Deputies Charge 2nd Suspect With Robbing Lakeland Waffle House

Shelby County Sheriff’s Detectives have now charged a second man for robbing the Waffle House at 3640 Canada Road in Lakeland a couple of weeks ago.

Yesterday, Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Herman Anderson, 25, of Arlington, and charged him with Aggravated Robbery.

Investigators say Anderson was in the getaway car when Brian Hines, 26, allegedly robbed the restaurant about three thirty in the morning on December 29, 2005.

The robber got away with $390.00 in cash.

No one was hurt during the hold-up. There were only two employees in the restaurant at the time of the robbery.
