Key Indicators — Administrative Report

How the KIB (Key Indicators Briefing) Report Card is used in the “administrative division” requires explanation. The administrative division is a support unit of the Law Enforcement and Jail Divisions, who carry out the primary mission of the Sheriff’s Office.

The administrative division oversees the budget and personnel issues necessary for the operation of the Sheriff’s office. This includes the management of personnel costs, operating and maintenance costs, purchasing, contract administration, disciplinary actions, use of benefit time by employees, overtime expenditures, grant management, fleet management, information technologies, etc.
